Our new potential apartment complex won't approve our application until we get the thumbs-up from our current complex.

But our current complex won't do that until we give our 30 day notice (even though lease isn't up until 2012).

So we have to give notice to move out before we have locked down a place to move toI asked, "what if we give notice
