Loads and loads of photos~ (pt.1)
As I've told some of you, I have finally finished the 100_snapshot challenge!!!
I only realized that I started it around January 2009, so that took me about 2 years to complete~
It kind of made me feel even prouder to know that I've stick with a single project for soooo long and actually manage to finish it up!
It's certainly a very fun experience, to have a list of themes to capture whenever I take out my camera and all.
There were certain stages where I kind of forget about the projects (very bad on my part, very bad...) but then when I open up my journal I see all these un-ticked boxes on my '100 Snapshot Challenge' page I just felt so guilty and had such a strong urge to go out and capture some pretty photos of this wonderful world~
So, yeah, it's a pretty neat projects that I'd certainly recommend everyone to partake!
It kind of made you appreciate life and the small things around you more~
Anyway. Here's the first half of my last HUGE batch of snapshots.
Most of these were taken earlier this year when I was on a family holiday trip to New Zealand.
Amazing country with awesome people, delicious food and incredible scenes with beauty that can never be complete captured by such artificial things such as cameras.
It's a place for every visitor to remember for life, I think.
Eitherway, I tried my best to capture them on camera.
As inaccurate as it might get, these are somethings that will remind me of the beauty of New Zealand~
1. Security
2. Stale (wild mushrooms that are so pretty we all think they are dead poisonous)
4. Hot (pun or no pun, you decide)
5. Open (i'd like to think that these are a couple)
8. Touch (ft. dad's hands)
9. Colorless
10. Blue
11. Smell
14. Wrong (it's Queen Victoria btw)
16. Feel
25. Drops (the way sunlight bounces off the leaves and branches are amazing)
26. Against (there were piles of large stones and dead tree trunks that made up a huge wall in the middle of the forest!)
27. Dry
34. Vein (streams are veins of the earth, that's how i see them)
37. Empty
39. Central (naturally symmetrical)
40. Loss (@Milford Sound (sp?))
41. Wonder
45. Fall (steepest street, our ride up and down was like a roller-coaster ride, and we were on a 4X4 Jeep, imagine that!)
46. Chair
48. Kool-Aid (nature makes kool-aid)
50. Breath (NZ's air's so fresh, it makes breathing more enjoyable!)
51. Garbage (THIS STORE IS THE BLACKHOLE FOR ALL HUMAN BEING!!!)
52. Silk (the texture reminded me of smooth silk...)

72. Keys (wood+bike = keys to a good pizza store)

88. Stand (this was some random flower on the side of the road amongst some wild weeds... that's what i call unbelievable)
