today is a day that should be marked in my life, for i have single handedly baked my very first batch of chocolate chunk cookies and they are damn delish. crunchy edges, soft warm middle. YUM. i'm damn proud, if i do say so myself. so 1 down, 4 to go on that 'learn how to cook at least 5 things' resolution. :)
