OK... I totally like that idea. I love the play on the "How do you eat your Reeses'?" commercials going on. Or is it "There's no wrong way to eat a Reeses'?" Anyway, I like the idea. Creatively simple and should get the point across.

Although I think you are right about the trademark, Tully's has a partnership with Reese's, so they can use their tag lines without legal complications when they are advertising their products.
