It's not so much as it's a really hard game, it's more that it doesn't hold your hand. Once you know what you're doing it's nowhere near as bad. That's the fun though, working out how to do things.

Yeah, I've been put off getting Dark Souls by the fear that it's the hipster band of computer games, that no-one enjoys but everyone has to say they like. Should probably just give it a try over at Stephens'.
