20 minute run - 2 miles.
20 minute elliptical - 1.25 miles
20 minute bike - forgot to look.
All in all I wish I would have done weights.

Itunes
Part of it is my fault for not backing up on a more regular basis, but the reason i havent backed up is because i hate itunes. For whatever reason i had no backup, and when trying to install iOS 4 i had to wipe my phone and when doing a restore it used liz's settings and info. Now i am trying to figure out which apps i used to have. Now i backed up ( Read more... )
