Part of it is my fault for not backing up on a more regular basis, but the reason i havent backed up is because i hate itunes. For whatever reason i had no backup, and when trying to install iOS 4 i had to wipe my phone and when doing a restore it used liz's settings and info. Now i am trying to figure out which apps i used to have. Now i backed up

Try going into the settings -> Store on the phone and signing into your iTunes account instead of Liz's
