OK so i was comming out of glen echo with a full car and taking a left on pleasant and this suv has their blinker on like he's turning in so i start commming out and he didnt take the turn, just rammed us right on the drivers side. thank god no one got seriously hurt but we all got brought to the ER. nick got a few stiches and paul a couple cuts ( Read more... )

The anonymous person is sort of right. Legally you were at fault because of the whole right of way issue regarding side-streets, but anyone with common sense would realize it's the dude in the SUV's fault for sucking. The only thing you really could have done was watched him a little better to realize he wasn't slowing down to make the turn that he was signaling.

what a jerk. why the hell did he have his blinker on??? there's nothing to turn onto along that stretch of road.

the cops arent much help either. usually if there's a teen involved it's just assumed its their fault no matter what the other driver did.

it's good to know everybody's ok though
