And wow, so it turns out all those chapters ago when Marui met Kite for a practice match Konomi had already planned everything out. In that case, perhaps rereading chapters would provide clues as to how the other matches will progress! Ooh~~~ *o*
T^T I wish Ochi/Mouri win. Not that I don't like Niou and Atobe, but really, it's not all about will power to win. If you have to go thru all those difficulty, having Kabaji fired, and Niou's physical well being - perhaps you're really not 'ready' to be in U-17 top ten yet.
I do hope we will see them again though...
Onigiri-san's shot was like a home run *__* I can not read either chinese or japanese so all I can do is guessing and reading whatever other people said (until english version come out T_T). But if this is by all mean, his real defend match with the middleschooler - Konomi is then really bias toward those good looking characters :P Gin is nice but he is not bishonen...
But because Onigiri-san is nice, I am glad if he'll still be on the team.
It's also this point I like shinpuri - Konomi starts to mix characters between schools and pairs them up together, like Kirihara/Shiraishi. It's fun to see them interact with each others :D
And yeah, Shuu-san will survive, because he is also a bishonen ^__^
It does seem a bit pointless to call it a win when the victors can barely move and the losers are barely puffing >.< Ah well though, the score's what counts, I guess :/ I'm sure we'll see them, but I wonder whether it'll just be cameos like what happened in the original series or whether they'll still be a strong part of the plot....

Ahh I love how much Kirihara looks up to Shiraishi. It's the cutest thing ever. Kirihara's an adorable kouhai. And Shiraishi's pretty much the best sempai you could get.
It would be a shame to just have them come and be gone :P I don't know about Mouri but Ochi seems to be popular (at least in PIXIV). I know Konomi revised the plot for Hyoutei to stay on in the original series after seeing Atobe's popularity so it might be the same with our genius ten boys too.

Kirihara is craving for his senior's affection (expecting none from Sanada!). He likes Yukimura a lot but in the same time, very scare of him too. Yanagi may be the best he can get from Rikkaidai. I am not surprise if he will become very close with Shiraishi later :) This is so cute indeed!
My favorite bunch would be room 201 member - Fuji, Yukimura and Shiraishi XD Such a perfect and scariest combination one could have! I was wondering first on how Konomi divided those boys in U-17 dorm, but after seeing the room prediction in pair puri - it does make sense though. Too bad we do not know yet at this time of who is Shuuji's roommates :P
