It would be very Battle Royale-esque of Kishimoto to have her confess and then be killed. I am with You; she had better live. And VERY TRUE! Look at how much blood Ichigo has lost! And he is still kicking. Manga-ka have no grasp on how much blood is in the human body, don't fret!

Yes! Let's all hope that she's alive; I'd hate for her to disappear from the story so soon after we got her back. Also, like you said, manga-ka don't have a grasp on how much blood is actually in the human body XDD I swear Ichigo should have been dead from some of those fights from blood loss alone.
