poverty law sounds interesting. i remember my mom saying evidence was a challenging class cuz the definition wasn't clear and on a literal case-by-case basis. just keep chugging along, i'm rooting for ya :)

Thanks! I'm looking forward to Poverty Law (though it's a lot of writing for a 2-unit course:(. I've already started reading for evidence; it seems its going to be tough going. I've alwways been curious where did your mom go to undergrad and law school?
