I am happy to help you, of course! As for web development, I recommend you look into the same service gold_flamingo was checking into for her web page hosting. They can be found at: http://www.webhostingbuzz.com/
We should ask gold_flamingo what her experience has been with them (as I think she is using their hosting service).
The primary issue, as I suspect Geoff would quickly point out, is to consider what type of site you are interested in? Would you like a site similar to gold_flamingo's, which will introduce you and provide contact information, or do you feel there is some sort of online service/presence your practice needs beyond advertising?
