i totally just tried to make annie's mac & cheese and FAILED.

well not really.

i still ate it
but there were these places where it would be INTENSE salty cheese powder taste.

which was gross.

Add butter and stir the sauce very thoroughly before you put the pasta back in the pan. With a whisk. Mmhmm.
