what's prego? i have been negelcting my soom girl, but i don't want to sell her - i shall have a play with her this weekend!

Prego is a fashion doll board - mainly about Tyler etc - I used to read it a lot years ago but only pop in now and then.

I find it sad to read the DoA Dolls Marketplace page sometimes. So many dolls being sold day after day. I remember when you couldn't even get a BJD unless you went thru Crescent, Minako, or found someone who spoke the language to correspond in your behalf. Now they are so easy to buy,and unfortunately many do not end up staying with their buyers.

That's one thing I worry about when I sell a doll. *sigh*
(I usually don't offer them up...but, people ask me. So now, I'm worried about showing my dolls. I know....Just say "NO.")

We live in an "instant gradification" society.
Credit cards are too common, and the debt in alot of households is huge.
Or, the attitude of, "Well, if I don't like it I can just move it on."

It is sad to see an old friend being sold....yet, again.
