Extra Texture: Candy Stripes

My favourite t.shirts this summer have been my M&S light turquoise and limey green ones, and a deep fuschia pink vest. So I have decided to make a waistcoat to wear over them for a bit of added warmth. I've started the stripey rib and plan to do wide bands of stripes for the main part in lime and turquoise with thinner stripes of the pinks and

Love the colours, almost like sorbet. Are the yarns cotton?

Thank you Pam. It's discontinued Rowan donegal lambswool tweed from way back. I've only got 2 balls of each colour and am hoping it will be enough!!!
