Can someone explain the man powered, bicycle-y, carriage-y transportation things that go by every night? They only come out after dark and I've never seen anyone in one. The drunks here prefer to wander in the streets you know, it's much more fun that way, and since the cars are really quite accommodating of that desire there's no reason to stop. I
