accidental anorexia?

can you be anorexic by accident or does it imply intent? cuz the past three days ive had...a muffin..and...two slices of pizza...i keep forgetting to eat, then it gets to be midnight and im like...oh yeah...food...oh well...and im not really hungry by that point...well just thought id ask thought maybe someone might knwo about this stuff...my dad

well anorexia is a mentallll illness in which its victims have a distorted body image and are extremely afraid of gaining any weight and you are just forgetting to eat, which still isn't healthy, but its not like you're not eating because you think self-starvation is the best solution and will prevent you from gaining an ounce, so no i don't believe its possible to accidentally become anorexic unless you start believing along the way of not eating that you need to not eat because you are overweight-then you would have a distorted body image and unhealthy way of dealing with it
