Unless you are born from the Uchiha clan or you ripped my eyes out and placed them within your own sockets, there is no way that you would be able to gain the Sharingan.

[And he's not hesitant in relaying this information because people in this world don't seem interested in sealing something like his clan's abilities and if they were, he's sure he would be able to fight them off.]
