Most of humanity is worth hating. Certainly most of the humanity you encounter in public transportation. Definitely hatred worthy.

I live above a strip club and I always know when [insert local sports team here] wins. Or when it's Thursday. Why Thursdays are so loud, I don't know, but they are.

I swear, the most compelling reason to get a house is just so you don't have to put up with that crap (thank goodness our upstairs & downstairs neighbors don't Suck, 'cause we're still a loooong way off from any house out here.)
