Probably both. It's pretty easy to forget when there are experiments like this going on.

[Tifa's already had her fair share of thoughts overheard by the journals at large, so she's not too fussed about any of it. But she does pick up that slight hesitance in his tone, because oh yeah, there are prooobably a lot of people around who wouldn't want their thoughts picked up.]
