While the Monopoly money does have a certain appeal... I think I'll put your bananas offer on the barganing table to see what other offers I come up with :)

and thanks... yeah... I priced it a little low from what my realtor wanted to list it as so I could move it faster... as I'm loosing 2,000$ a month on it at this point... since I'm not really living in it anymore.
