So, I've been approved for the loan that I need to sell my condo. And I've sent the contract back over the fence. So hopefully they will ratify it 'as is', and we can get on with them buying my place from me ( Read more... )

I'm very surprised. The realtor that I went with this round said that he could sell it in 30 days. I totally didn't believe him but decided that he was the most energetic person and the one hugriest for the commision. Sure enough... he's got a written offer to buy my place. It's less then what I want/need to sell it as... but if I can convince ( Read more... )

Turns out my loss of cable last week was because my neighbor was putting in a fence and decided to ignore all those pretty painted lines on the ground. They upped the power levels to try to compensate so I've been limping along with internet/cable for the past couple of days. Geez... adding Jen and the kids to my insurance takes away $400/paycheck, it's pre-tax wich for some reason means that I'm only out $260/paycheck... no I don't have any idea how that works.
