i adore that movie.
it makes my dad cry.
but i have the same dilemma and i've sure i've told you before...
if i were to say things to people that i wanted to say exactly when i wanted to...then everyone would hate me and i would be in an even bigger hole of depression and back on medication.

but i think that she above is right in saying that it's better to let it out than holding it all inside.
and uhh...i hate what you've become too. it kinda sucks. a lot.
