Oh man, this is gonna be awesome.

Thanks for dropping me a line. Uh, I'm not really sure how to proceed at this point. I'm pretty good with anything. So let's look at the possibilities.

• Curing his fear. If Emil loses his fear of battle, then Ratatosk doesn't have a reason to emerge. This will undoubtedly cause Emil to bottle everything up, and when Ratatosk does appear again, it won't be so pleasant. It could trigger some Ratatosk-oriented memories.
  
• Increase his paranoia. If that happens, everyone on the Plane will have to deal with Ratatosk going absolutely apeshit, and he'll have to be stopped. Ratatosk comes out best when Emil is under extreme pressure, either fear or determination. He's still at a low level, but hax nonetheless, and the crazy paranoid rambling could also offer an opportunity for memory unlocking.
  
• Do nothing. Do not pass GO. Do not collect $200. But keep your villain ID on hand just in case.

Oh, yeah, he's stoppable. It'll only take someone yelling his name a lot (preferably Marta) or knocking him out. I think Hei could do it. (If you want an example of his hax, I can pull out the Magnar video, where he takes out a small regiment and frees Marta without even drawing his sword.)

Trying to actually get INTO his head would have bad consequences, so Mu and the Doctor are out, unless they want to be ripped apart by a roaring angry human-hating spirit.

Option B is sounding veeeery tempting. I haven't had much to do for a while... *_*
