I think the latter is worse. I sort of get being alarmed - some folks really did make cryptic and believable posts that made it sound like they were actually either witnessing or experiencing something pretty horrible.

But to complain about "Blog like it's the end of the world" day because some of the participants aren't being sufficiently entertaining? *trouts*
