My heat is at 25 degrees and feels like 10.  I have two blankets hung over my window with thumbtacks and held to the wall with duct tape.  Last night I slept in a hat, a thick long-sleeved shirt, a knit sweater, long johns, thermal pants (on top of the long johns) and big fuzzy socks.  I am still cold.
