Post race report...one word for the run...LOUSY!!!...timing was atrocious!!...let's rewind back to the start and see where did I started going downhill

No wonder the roads at my place are all closed in the morning. We couldn't get to church. Oh btw, deard that someone died! :(

Yeah heard that he was very young too. But I guess he died doing something he loved, rather than from a disease or something.

Must be all the rubbish food we've had at PCTE :-)btw, your timing is great. I ran 12km in 2 hours. Now that's what you call crap.

aiyah...it's only when i went to donate blood that i remembered that i had a run the next day!...by then it was too late...

yeah..i did cross the finish line la...but this run really lousy la..i even have a very bruised toe now!...don't even know if i can make it for SHAPE run...=\
