Well, no, its like they listen and then they dont do anything about it.
Like, i dont EXPECT them to jump at the chance to change themselves.
But when nothing happens, its kinda a lost cause?
Like its the 5th time you remind them ... and they still arent listening?

no ever listens to me so i repeat my self till someone tells me to shut up i find it works well but then people get annoyed so maybe thats not a good idea! oh you should get a megaphone thing then people would listen or you could bash them on the head untill they do as you say! or you could give up and have a good old bitch about it! or...... or........ i'm sorry i have no mor bad advice for you!
