i know this may seem very odd, but i must know, what is "paddyrat"? i've recently started to call my cat a paddyrat. i have no clue where this has come from. while hopping from journal to journal i saw your username and was quite taken aback. if you're not too weirded out to reply, i would greatly appreciate your input.

hahaaha...not wierded out at all, but greatly amused. Actually, "Paddyrat" is an evolution of my nickname over the years. When i was a kid, they called me Pat Pat the Wharf Rat, cuz, well, it rhymed and kids aren't very imaginative. I eventually took a liking to it, and noticed my affinity for rats, and the name changed to Patrat, then to Pakrat. I've been known as Mr.Rat for the last 12 years or so, but that name was taken on LJ, so a friend suggested Paddyrat...just the newest incarnation i guess. Thanks for asking though.....by the way, I have 2 rats as pets, and i own a slew of rat-related paraphenalia, which is rather hard to find
