I apologize for my cryptic and depressive posts of the past few days... I've just had some things on my mind, but I'm all better now, I think... I've got things figured out enough for my own liking ( Read more... )

Thank you hun :) It's nice to be working on myself for a change... I don't do it often enough, I fear...

I think the ones I can call on in a time of crisis might fit on one hand... I'm desperately craving deep, emotional friendships with people, where I can talk about nothing and everything... They are rare... But I'm slowly finding them :)

Thank you hun... :) You are much too kind to me... *hugs*

One day soon, when I'm out in your neck of the woods, I'll have to stop by and say hello :)

Thank you sweetie :) It's good for me to know that I can pull myself out of my funks faster than I used to, at least for the most part...

Oh yes, I cut a few people just now and it's so liberating. I guess part of it is that my journal isn't public, but still, it's exhausting either when people are gone forever or if they just ignore you all the time. I don't have the energy to keep up with people who don't even pretend to care, but who want to know gorey details of my life.
I also need a trusted friend or two.

It really is liberating... It's nice to not have to read the posts of people who don't really care whether I'm around or not, and to just focus on the people who care... :) It makes LJ seem a lot more appealing...

I've been craving trusted friends lately... They're so hard to find, but so well worth it... *sigh*

And to make personal matters worse, we're moving and will have to start over meeting new people. Doesn't make me happy, because my frienships have a really hard time overcoming the distance.

We've all had to mess with our flists from time to time to keep sane, or to feel more in touch with the people we know best. I hope you find it liberating. :)
