Even "Arabic" wizards succomb to temptation, the promise of powers or whatever the particular demon can grant the conjurer.

I sometimes wonder if they even have editors at the Prophet. "Arabic" is a Semitic language. The word they're looking for is "Arab," which refers to the people and their culture. But even that's wrong, because Iranians are not Arab, much less Semitic. They share closer linguistic and historical ties with Indians and Europeans than they do with the Arab world.
