I looked grumpy? Or, can you just read me that well?
I snapped, really, at Sylvie, and basically called her out on my suspicions. It didn't go over too well, but we didn't kill each other, either, so that's something.

Probably a bit of both, to be honest. You weren't that obvious, if it makes you feel any better.
I wondered why you two looked so down. Well, it's better that you call her on it rather than McGonagall or Snape... Did she deny it? Silly question, really.

Thank Merlin for that. If I was seen exhibiting any emotion, I'm sure there'd be some second years having second thoughts of staking me in the heart... or, at least wondering if vampires do in fact show irritation.
Well...no. She didn't. She denied it, actually. That girl can lie, though, I'll give her that. As for her and Sally-Anne's sake...yes, I'm quite sure of that. Especially considering Professor Snape? As my mother would say... oi vey!

Aww, don't worry, I'll protect you from those evil, over-enthusiastic second years. I can do a mean leglocker curse, you know.
Well, I suppose she has nothing to gain and everything to lose by admitting it... She'd better be as good at lying as you say, though, if she wants to pull this off-- I'm worried about her. Even if I'm not technically talking to her right now, I'm worried about what will happen to her if she does get found out-- she'd be expelled, I expect, if Snape had any say in it, which I'm sure he would.

No ulterior motive my arse.
Like hell you're worried.
I'm not in the mood to be lectured again so fuck off.
I don't have time for this.
Get your nose out where it doesn't belong.
I thought I was too horrible for you to speak with.
Why do you care?
I'm sorry.
I thought you weren't talking to me.
