Is this just a list of things you want to read? Mine is endless, too, it would seem. Can't get around to the "WANT" pile of reading for the "NEED" pile of reading.. The usual, isn't it?

All are want to read. I don't have a need to read list anymore since I am done with my degree.

Don't bother with Paolini. Just sayin'. Then again, you might enjoy its similarity to SW.

Hey, have you checked out the bookfails comm? You'd love it!

See, I've heard mixed things about Paolini. I have heard it's like SW, but wasn't it one of his inspirations? I have to give him credit for being so young and published, even if he did have help from his parents.

No, I haven't heard of it. I'll have to look for it.

And I'm going right out and buying some Tamora Pierce stuff with that gift card. I need the second book in the Trickster set since the library sale only had the first and I'm dying to see what happens. If you haven't read any of her stuff, you should.

And I seriously need a new layout. This was my Secret Santa last year so I think it's time for a change in banner.

Well, if by inspiration you mean template where he only changed the names and places... Honestly, I think he only got published BECAUSE of his parents. Some people like his books, yes, but I think they're teens who haven't read any real fantasy.

A friend of mine is a raving Pierce fan. She says the Protectors of the Small and the Immortals were the best series. I started the Circle Opens, but it was rather predictable and dull for my tastes. My friend agreed that the Circle series isn't the best. I need to read those series, I guess. The local library of course doesn't have the first books in them... Gah, the Hernando library system is so lame.

lol Do something with Sanctuary for you banner! Hey, I just finished the Bank Job ep. That was pretty nifty. Great twist at the end, I gotta say.

I've kind of lost my interest in Paolini anyway. I'll probably pass on it. There are other books I'd rather read.

The Immortals is really good. I found it at the Salvation Army as a single binding. I have to agree that the Circle ones are a little predictable, of course I didn't realize through the whole eight books that Rosethorn and Lark were lesbians. I went WTF on that one. Immortals is really godd, as was the first Trickster book. The Lioness, Immortals, Protector of the Small, and Trickster books are all in the same universe too.

I need to watch Trail of Blood, Breach, and Vigilante. And I think a Sanctuary Banner is a great idea. I also need to find some Sanctuary icons.
