That's fairly similar to what happened to my old guild. Had a laid back guild and invited some more proactive people who want more structure then it all went down hill from there. Now I'm happily in a guild of two...wait make that three. But I sure do miss the social part of Kraken.

I remember Kraken! Haha. I noticed my little gnome on Silvermoon has a grey tabard now. Not that I've logged on that character in a year in a half... lol.
