Need pattern for a petticoat

I need to make a petticoat for my wedding dress to make the skirt fuller. I'd like to find a good pattern (otherwise I will just have to make it up). I think it really needs to be like two layers of toole over a skirt made of satin lining. I have some cotton I could add on top as well to make it more of a stand-alone skirt. You really want to make one? when you can buy them for so cheap? And isn't tulle not going to give you enough poof? or would you use netting? And what's a 'framed petticoat' anyway? lol :)

Haha! Yeah I mean netting, not toole (though they are in the same section)... I have a bolt of netting and a bolt of toole - they were really really cheap a couple of months ago!

By framed I mean like hoop skirts where you have a substantial frame under your dress instead of ruffles. :)

I may actually just buy a petticoat (I'm going to David's Bridal on Saturday). But I haven't sewn anything in a while and I'm trying to find an excuse for a sewing project... lol.

Okay so the petticoats at David's Bridal are totally crap in my opinion. It feels like I'm wearing a parachute. I'm just going to make my own petticoat. It looks really easy.
