fucking technology is against me i swear to go. no internet for a chunk of this morning, which nearly caused me to end it all (which is very tragic i admit) then the pissing minidisc i'm using cuts out in the middle of a great interview and doesn't even save what's been done so far. fingers crossed we'll get her on the phone, but face to face
