by the brownies. actually i wasn't, but i liked the alliteration. what really happened is that i, at the grand old age of 27, thought it would be a good idea to play ladders. stumbled, slid along the wooden floor bashing my elbow, hip and knee in the process. i now have an interesting lump on my elbow and couldn't sleep on my right side last night

why do they mock it up? practice for them or you?

it's practise for them supposedly - we tell them what they're doing wrong and how they could respond better to the press. most of the time they ignore us and go on their merry way anyway, but the occasional nugget does slip through.

they don't tend to call the leaders brown owl and stuff like that anymore - shame really!

it's the weekend after the scissor sisters - the 24th - that i'm down - does that still suit?
