I really like MCB for that - it's chemistry related. I do fine with chemistry and with little tiny aspects of biology, but when it comes to, say, evolution? Plants? Global warming? I'm screwed. I was really happy to get an A- in IB 150. I hate people who are like "Whee I'm going to cure AIDS when I'm a doctor" or "I'm going to save the world." It's like haha GET REAL, you're going to be a GP diagnosing ear infections and colds (not that there's anything wrong with that). And what doctor has time to do research on AIDS? But yeah, are you going to major in IB? Or get out of biology all together?
I think you should definitely look into adding community health as an additional major! You've already fulfilled most of the requirements, I bet (I am almost done, which is why I'm adding another major). They're interesting yet extremely repetitive. I have yet to consistently go to a community health class - my record is 5 attendances for intro to public health, and I got a 95% overall. I don't study for those classes, either. Having a mom as a nurse, which you're quite familiar with, is such a blessing because you learned all this stuff by the time you were like 5 years old. It's NOT rocket science, not by any means. I honestly think it's the easiest major in this whole school. But, hey, if you apply to a med school and say hey look, I majored in IB -and- Community Health, what do they care how easy it is?
