As it stands, I am performing two songs at my end of year concert for VMS; A Thousand Miles by Vanessa Carlton with a backing track and Nobody's Home by Avril Lavigne with the band. It took me five days to get my voice back completely after I lost it last weekend so I haven't been practicing at all and I have my first rehearsal with the band

Rehearsal sucked. My voice gave out and while the guy in the band is cool, the other three girls seem kind of annoying. They're only midteens though, as far as I can tell.
