Is there a way to feed Blogspot posts into LJ, do you know?

I think LJ will allow its users to create RSS feeds of non-LJ content. I did it once, a few years ago with another Blogspot blog. Can we do that with putonlipstick?

I scoured LJ looking for how to do this, and although it seems like http://www.livejournal.com/syn/ offers some possibility, I couldn't figure out what the second page meant. I've asked another friend whose non-LJ journal I follow in LJ how she set it up...
