I've made many, and I'll tell you,the one that worked the best was the one I made for me alone. My name, my personal "concerns" and my list of wishes in the jar, no one else's anything, sweetened my entire life.

When I made them after that experience, I made a separate one for each person, who asked, usually much smaller. These wok great.

That makes a lot of sense. Have you ever made one with your concerns and someone else's in the the same jar?

It's a jar that you use to sweeten people. It is usually used with bosses or higher ups that you wish would see your way.
