I don't know what you've read, or what level you're at, so I'll keep this pretty general. Below are some titles I view as "intermediate" to advanced. YMMV. I've arranged them in the order I would basically have my students read them. These get progressively more difficult:
1. _The Complete Art of Witchcraft_ by Sybil Leek. This book is not without some bias by the author (especially the horrible chapter on homosexuality--skip it!), but it is a classic and more challenging than most books out now. I give this to newbies to weed out the insincere. Alas, it's oop, but I often see used copies on eBay.
2. _The Witches' Sabbats_ by Mike Nichols. This book explains the origins of the eight Pagan holidays. It's not a "how-to", but a "why" book. Somewhat challenging.
3. _Witchcraft for Tomorrow_ by Doreen Valiente.
4. _Dreaming the Dark_ by Starhawk.
5. _The Great Mother_ by Erich Newmann will stretch your critical thinking. (It's 379 pages! And it has 185 additional pages of plates.)
