Grad Applications, the GRE, and a QUESTION!

I am so excited about grad school I can't even stand the long wait! I want to be enrolled right now. It is seriously driving me crazy that I still have so much to do. Most of my prep these days has to do with the GRE, but it is a SUPER important part so I don't want to slack off about it. Grad school is pretty much the only thing on my mind ( Read more... )

I like the second choice better than the first. I think "dramaturgy" is too academic a word, though, maybe? I don't have a suggestion on a different one, but it's just a thought...

OMGYAY about your internship! That is freaking awesome; I would so do one, too, if I could but... there's nothing in these parts. *L*

Good luck with the GRE and everything else, and remember to relax a little each day so you're not pushing yourself too hard. Are you giving up WoW during all of this, then?

Yeah, me too. I still want something a tad more creative, though. I feel kind of stuck at the moment with what it should be.

Well, since all of my potential programs are called Dramaturgy and my career title is Dramaturg, I figured I should go with something like that, but maybe it's too obvious. I don't know. Dad thought putting dramaturg in the domain would be good because then I'd have an email address like vicki@thedramaturg.com or something. :-P

I AM SO EXCITED! I called the guy again today to make sure it's actually happening. I hope I didn't just jinx myself by saying I had it before he got it cleared with the theatre folks.

Thanks! It's so much work, but I'm managing. I am pretty much giving up WoW for now. I'm allowing myself one day a week basically, but that's it.

Maybe it could be in the title of the website, but not specifically the domain name? That way you could have an email address like that, still. (I'm pretty sure some of them still give those to you if you want... check it out)
