Hooray! I took my son to the docs today, and she has finally agreed to treat my son, who has an illness not officialy listed by the NHS(lyme disease) as the medical profession don't believe it's here in this country and therefor it is not picked up or reported, so it doesn't exist!!!!!! Do you get the logic there? I don't

Honestly. Doctors! what do they know after all?
Im surprised sometimes that they believe in oxygen, after all they havent seen it have they! Glad they are taking you seriously now tho' It cant help your sons self esteem to be told hes faking or imagining it.
its hard work but only the best mum will succeed in situations like this.

I hope I am up to helping my son- while still very poorly myself sometimes. I was thought to be pychosomatic for nearly 20 years! Talk about lack of confidence that produced. It's back now though.
