Guilt trip

I've just watched one of those 'how to bring up your kids' shows. It's left me feeling really guilty because they kept emphasising consistency, boundaries, quality time. Thankyou so much Ahrimanne. You are right, of course. I was very poorly over half term, and too ill to enjoy any playtime. But I'm slowly getting better again, and having some fun.
My son IS hard work- more than most. If I had been as unmanageable as he has been I think my dad WOULD have battered me senseless! ADHD via lymes does not make for a happy chappie! His modds, tantrums and rows can get me down. BUT my antidotes can help most of the time.
Play being one, good company another and last, but not least, I'm writing again.
Wonderful! I've written two articles in the last 10 days and it feels great. Now get to them published........
