Idaho organizing a relief effort? It's bad enough that the victims of Katrina had to leave their homes. Idaho would just give them a culture shock. And when it comes down to it, Idaho is pretty far away. Perhaps they do prefer to stay in the south? And some people say that the lack of the federal government's input was because of racism (voiced by Kanye West here), but I can't believe that. And you are right that electricity doesn't really help when most of the land is still covered in water. 3 states? I know Louisiana and Alabama, but what was the third?
