☠ 002☠ Fortunes?

Jun 13, 2006 16:55

I don't understand the reason why anyone would put a piece of paper with a prediction for the future... in a cookie. Or why I was handed one. ....strange.

"Alas! The onion you are eating is someone else's water lily."

...Very strange.

...I'm bored.

Question for everyone: "Do you read? What is your favorite book and why?"

I think it means you're going to have an acid trip.

... Must be some rock you live under.

It's when you take certain kind of drugs and you see things, like hallucinations.

I've lived in a garbage dump once, but never underground...

I see.

...Why would people do that?

It's strange. What do you think, Danchou?

It holds no significance. Don't think on it, Feitan.

Already forgetting it, Danchou. While you couldn't make one for me, your predictions are a lot more reliable anyway.

...Did you get a... "Fortune Cookie" too?

Oh? Good for you.
What do you like to read?

[ooc: Completely ignoring the fact Mugen misunderstood]

Any stuff you like reading more than others?

Hmm... I haven't read anything particularly interesting lately... A pity.
As for a favorite...
araumi ya
Sado ni yokotau
amanogawa
Bashō-sama was a brilliant writer! Although I might be a bit bias. *embarrassed chuckle* Hmm, I do prefer Matsuo's, Nozarashi kikō. Account of a Weather-beaten Skeleton...

I'm sorry, that was perhaps a less interesting response than you had hoped, yes? *shrug*

Ah, gomennasai! *runs hand through hair* Bashō was...
Uh, a poet, he wrote haiku poems, such as:
toshi kurenu
kasa kite waraji
hakingara

Another year is gone / a traveller's shade on my head, / straw sandals at my feet.
