Unit attempted treatment of injury to extremity on friend.

>>Utilizing unit's basic medical knowledge, splint was applied.

Unit, however, is not medical expert. Would appreciate advice/opinion.

>Negative.

[Metal then cuts to video, long enough to hold up his little rat friend and the meticulous splint on the front leg. Otherwise, the little guy seems healthy.]

A rat.

Let's see...breathing normally, no swollen around the wound, splint is secure and placed, even for a small critter this one was able to put a splint securely.

Just make sure it doesn't try to walk, it will take about 4 weeks to recover.

[strike not there]

Oh, no I can't imagine it would be. Being a doctor is a terribly difficult job!

I'd just like to help in case of an emergency.

You must be Doctor Kureha. I was told to speak with you by a young man by the name of Kamui. We were speaking of the chips when I mentioned that I was a doctor....Doctor Mallard, to be precise, at your service. But please, call me Ducky.

A pleasure, Doctorine. I'm afraid you'll have to fill me in on the health situation here, as I've only arrived recently, but I would dearly love to get to some sort of work. One must keep one's everyday rituals even in this abandoned land, simply to keep sane, I fear...

Trust me, once you start you won't break a sweat just yet.

Other than people begging for chips removed, we have people reviving and coming here for after beaten up treatments.
