Do you ever wonder what the point of everything is? I know that sounds pessimistic as all get out, but it really isn't. It's just me sitting here thinking way too much. I am completely sound of mind, and actually in pretty good spirits other than it being cold, so it's not a rant of depression ( Read more... )

but the question is WHY. What is the point of living? The meaning behind it all. Some say God. But what is the purpose of God? And the purpose behind that purpose, and so on and so forth.

I guess you could put my belief down as "People overthink this." I think life in all forms, both pre and post death is the meaning behind it all. To experience, to breathe, to see, etc.

I ask myself those questions many times, and I have yet to come to find a good enough answer that I am satisfied with. But I am the kind of person who asks a lot of questions that never seem to get an answer. I also think way too much, so that could be another one of my downfalls.
