so mom thinks i'm over protective of the dog, nad an idiot for caring about the fish that is dying. See what happened is I woke up this morning, and Mom said that Bashful was dying, so I go over to his tank to check on him, and he's not moving at all, and Mom thinks its the water or something, so I get him out of his tank, and put him in the cup

i don't think you're over-reacting or over protective. i have pets too and i'm the same way. It just means you care about them, and it's good to care about stuff, especialy if it's living and it's your responsibility to look after it.

yeah, but the dog ain't mine, its my brothers, but she's still part of the family, so that's why i am keeping an eye on her, and as for bashful (the fish) he ain't mine, he's like mom's fish, even though she didn't want him until i said i did, and now its her fish, but i've been feeding him since the day we got him, and he only eats for me.

but now he isn't eating, and he barely moves and he's dying i kno wit, and yet mom won't let me watch him even though its bugging her to, cause its messing up her game cause she's tryign to play a game and watch the fish at the same time lol. And its pissing her off, yet she won't let me watch him. but whatever, lol.

I got told a few minutes ago, to get my drink, and go back to my room and stay, cause the opening my door every now and then to check on him, is apperently distrubing my brother, which sleeps through everything so i know its not, but okay.

I'm just a bit tired and worried about the fish. :)

dogs are dogs though, i get worried about stray ones on the street. they're just too cute not to get worried about them.
i'm sorry your mom isn't letting you watch the fish, and i'm also sorry it's dying :(
you should try to get some sleep though! there's not much you can do for it prob.
